Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center.
Delivery may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.
Order Processing & Shipment Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service, your delivery address, and the total weight of your items. Any applicable taxes will also be displayed before you complete your payment.
Changing Your Shipping Address
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately. We are only able to modify shipping information before an order has been dispatched. Once a tracking number has been generated, we cannot change the delivery destination.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will typically be returned to our facility by the carrier. We will then contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
Parcel Protection
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. While we strive for safe delivery, we are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the address you provided. For high-value orders, we recommend considering a carrier service that requires a signature upon delivery.
