Returns at Steadfast Clothing
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund to your original payment method.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It must also be returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Initiate your return by visiting our Returns Portal.
- You will receive a return authorization and prepaid shipping label via email.
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip or invoice included.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Please do not mail your return directly to our distribution center without a valid return authorization, as this will significantly delay processing.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to complete the refund posting.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund upon receipt of the faulty item.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced merchandise may be refunded. Items purchased on final sale cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and personalized items are considered final sale unless faulty.

Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return. Please see the returns portal for detailed charges specific to your order.
International Returns
We are unable to process returns from outside the United States.
